More than an expiration check
A certificate can be current and still leave you exposed. SiteCOI doesn't just confirm that a document exists and hasn't expired — it verifies the certificate against what your project actually requires, catching gaps a simple expiration check would miss.
Coverage minimums
Set the general liability, auto liability or workers' comp limits each project requires. When a certificate comes in, SiteCOI compares the coverage recorded on the document against that minimum and flags anything that falls short — so a sub's certificate being "on file" never means the limits were adequate.
Required endorsements
Projects can require Additional Insured status or a Waiver of Subrogation. If the certificate doesn't carry the endorsement the project asks for, the record is flagged — not silently filed and forgotten.
